Women’s Indoor Cycling
Our indoor cycling has proved a huge hit for our BEXI triathletes during the winter months. A session on the indoor trainer is time-efficient, giving you more bang-for-your-buck!
To support your cycling fitness, we are offering a 5-week Women’s Indoor Cycle-FIT program to get you in peak shape for summer.
Improve your aerobic and anaerobic strength & conditioning, as well as enhance your stamina
Program details:
- Weds 29 Aug – Weds 26 Sept 2018
- Thrive Narrabeen, 6-7am
- $120 for 5-week program
- Limited to 10 x members (only)
What to bring:
- Your bike (in working order)
- Bike computer/watch (if you have one)
- Bike shoes
- Towel
- Water bottle
