So she became obsessed with understanding fear, courage, self-doubt and the Imposter Complex.  Many of us already know Jen as the founder of Sparta Chicks – an online community for female endurance athletes and outdoor adventurers. How is the workshop structured? This workshop will consist of 2 x 45min zoom sessions, delivered fortnightly on Thursday mornings (6.15am-7am).
