About our programs
We have planned 3 x fun programs aimed at supporting runners who are looking to achieve a 10km goal; attempt their first half-marathon; or to fulfil a bucket-list dream of running a marathon.

Our training programs are based on the three secrets to success – knowledge, nutrition and consistency in training. We train in structured cycles – focusing on building cardio fitness, strength, speed and endurance. To further support your training, we have partnered with Chocolate Box Training to provide structured strength & conditioning training to strengthen supporting muscles, correct muscle imbalances, increase mobility, correct posture, stabilize joints and much more.
