Yoga Teacher

Gaby has a love affair with yoga. Her passion is Yin Yoga, Yin/Yang Yoga and gentle, nervous system-based Hatha/Flow Yoga.

As an athlete herself, Gaby is passionate about Yin Yoga and enjoys educating others about the benefits of Yin to supplement their Yang. Yin Yoga offers a sequence of slow, long holds and mat-based postures that stretch out the connective tissues and fascia in the body.

Gaby’s classes vary from strong Yin for active members, to a more restorative Yin practice for those who are recovering from an injury. She offers a nourishing experience, where you feel supported, nurtured, and cared for.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma of Teacher Training – Hatha, 415hrs (Qi Health & Yoga)
  • Diploma of Teacher Training – Yin, 100hrs (Mysan Yoga)
  • Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Training
