We meet three times weekly:

  • Tuesdays:  5.50-07.00am* – Run Intervals, focusing on speed, strength and endurance – Long Reef
  • Thursdays: 5.50-07.00am* – Run Intervals, focusing on speed, strength and endurance – Long Reef
  • Saturdays: 6.20-8.30am – Long Runs, focusing on endurance (from 5km to 34km) – various locations

* there are some BEXI members who meet earlier at 5.30am
