What is the 10-Day Get-Ready-to-Move Challenge?
It is made up of 10 x daily challenges which are extremely easy to complete. Each challenge will help:

- Create a winning routine
- Improve your self-esteem, reduce stress and much more…
By the end of the challenge, you will have all the tools to support your daily healthy habits, boost your motivation and improve your overall wellbeing.

Register below and we will notify you when the challenge is ready to commence. This is FREE for anyone to join – so tell your family and friends. You will be sent an email with a link to our private Facebook group, as well as all the information to get started.
Continue your fitness journeyAfter you complete the above 10-Day Challenge, you can choose to join our next level fitness program – Walk-to-Run-5km. This program builds from the previous Get-Ready-to-Move challenge and focuses on prioritising your health & fitness journey, while being supported along the way. Our next Walk-to-Run-5km program starts on Sat 17 July 2021. |
