Walk-to-Run-5km (Online)
We have taken our Walk-to-Run training program and compiled a fabulous new online training program to support our community during lockdown.
This 8-week program is specifically designed as a follow-on from our Get-Ready-to-Move program – with the aim of progressing your fitness from walking to running.
We start by building a solid fitness foundation and then progress gradually each week, so that by the end of the 8-weeks you are able to jog/run 30mins continuously.
Our weekly online program includes 2 x walk/run sessions; and an additional 20min online strength training session to build a stronger body and prevent injuries. We also provide valuable tips and tricks on running technique, mindset training, and much more.
We will give you the tools and knowledge to jog/run with total confidence and pure enjoyment.

- Initial call to discuss your personal program
