Strength-FIT
As we age our body changes. We lose muscle mass and strength; reduce bone density; reduce mobility and flexibility; etc. Strength training is an important element in minimising these changes.
Our structured 10-week strength and conditioning programs are based on progressive overload principles to increase muscle strength, mobility, flexibility and power.
We incorporate movement-specific activities and mobility training to improve strength, flexibility, posture and boost metabolism.

Session Info
Structured as a 45min class, incorporating both body weight and weighted options – each class will include the following:
- Exercises which incorporate movements designed to develop strong muscles, bones, ligaments and tendons
- Movement specific strength activities to build stamina, strength and stability
- Mobility training to help with improved posture & reduced injury potential
