Run-FIT
Our Run-FIT program builds on your running technique foundation. We focus on three distinct aspects of running fitness – speed; strength; and endurance. Our program consists of a mixture of short sprint intervals, longer-paced intervals and strength intervals (gentle hills). We track and record your times throughout the term, so that you start to get a feel for pace. The objective is to improve your running strength and speed.
Our Run-FIT program is more than just a running program – it is about getting active, getting fit, making friends, building confidence, joining a community and achieving a very special goal. We want to ensure you passion for running continues to grow, so that it becomes a habit and part of your lifestyle.

- Initial call to discuss your personal program
- Weekly face-to-face group training sessions
- Progress review to check-in and set goals
- Access to BEXI coach for guidance and support
