Race-FIT
Whether it’s a bucket list item, or you are chasing down a personal best, we will support your journey so that you are fully prepared – physically and mentally.
Events include 5km to marathons – on both road and trails. You will be given all the necessary training to cross the finish line feeling fit, strong and powerful. Your program includes group face-to-face training, strength training, as well as your own training.

- Initial call to discuss your personal program
- 10-16 week personal online training program (based on your event)
- 4-weekly face-to-face coached training sessions
- Weekly call to review progress, set goals and motivational talk
- Access to BEXI Coach for guidance and support
- Access to exclusive BEXI Facebook group for motivation and support
