Walk-to-Run-5km
We know that every person is unique and therefore your individual journey is also unique. For this reason, we have created a 10-week program that is personal to you, and which also progresses as you progress. Our goal is to build a solid fitness foundation and then progress you from walking to running – at your own pace.
This program is for absolute beginners – no prior experience or fitness level necessary. We offer a non-intimidating environment with like-minded running buddies. If you are looking to prioritise your wellbeing and change your life – our Walk-to-Run 5km program is for you. We will guide you step-by-step and support you both physically and mentally. You will accomplish things you never thought could ever be possible.
Each program includes a personal 10-week program, 2 weekly face-to-face training sessions, strength & stability training, mindset training, and much more.
Our aim is to run/jog 5km continuously in 10-weeks.

Session Info
- Initial call to discuss your personal program
- 10-week personal training program (tailored to your current fitness level)
- 1 x 45min weekday session (Weds 6pm) where we will work on running technique for injury prevention and energy efficiency
- 1 x 45min Saturday session (7.30am) where we will be working towards running continuously for 5km
- Optional: weekly strength & stability training to stay injury-free (Weds 6am)
- Access to private Facebook group
- Cost $45 p/wk (select Silver Membership)
