We have teamed up with the Holistic Movement Studio to offer you a yoga practice that will compliment your training regime. Our aim is to reduce injuries and mental fatigue so that you are able to train consistently.

We focus on correcting muscular imbalances by restoring balance and symmetry to your body. We teach you how to calm and focus the mind. We practice breathing techniques so that you can circulate more oxygen through your system to improve overall athletic performance.
