Our new strength and mobility program is focused 100% on strengthening muscles and joints, to help improve performance and decrease injury risk. We target areas of fitness that you may not normally pay attention to – like flexibility, balance, mobility, core and functional strength.

Our 10-week program includes will focus on upper body (lats, chest, shoulders), lower body (back, hips, quads, glutes, hammy’s & calves) and core.

  • Cost – $200 Strength-FIT only
  • Cost – $300 Strength-FIT plus 1 x weekly Yoga practice
