Strength-FIT
Structured as a 1hr outdoor circuit class, incorporating both body weight and appropriate strength & conditioning equipment. Each structured class will include the following:
- Movement specific strength activities – focusing on the muscles primarily used for running and triathlon to maximise your movement efficiency and performance.
- Exercises will incorporate movements designed to improve conditioning by creating different physical stresses to usual training.
- Mobility training to help with improved posture & reduced injury potential.
We’re delighted to announce that Coach Phoebe Fear will be delivering our 10-week Strength-FIT program.

- Cost – $220 Strength-FIT only
- Cost – $300 Strength-FIT plus 1 x weekly Yoga practice
