Run-FIT
Interval training is based on alternating short, high intensity bursts of speed with slower, recovery phases throughout a single workout. There is a big focus on mind-body connection, where we practice mental focus and relaxation techniques. We will track and record your times throughout the term. The objective is to build running speed, muscular strength and endurance.
