Join our team as we train for various events in our 2017 race calendar. Events include fun runs, 10km, half-marathons, marathons, triathlons, trail runs and more. We will work closely with you to inspire, motivate, guide and support you in realising your dreams.

Our programs are prepared in periodised blocks and provided via Training Peaks. This allows us to provide individual plans that best suits your needs and goals, as well as giving us the feedback and analysis tools we need. You will be able to log your workouts and analyse your performance data.

  • Anyone wanting to build confidence, technique, endurance and strength to compete in an event:
  • 10km – starting level 4-5km
  • Half marathon – starting level 5km+
  • Marathon – starting level 21km
  • Trail run – starting level 10km
  • Triathlon – starting level swim 50m | bike 10km | run 3km
