5km-FIT
5km-FIT is our flagship, learn-to-run program. Alternating between walking and running small distances we will build up to running 5km non-stop. You will also receive advice and support with:
- your running technique
- stride, cadence and breathing
- choosing the right running shoes
- nutrition and hydration before and after runs
- connecting the mind with running
- choosing gadgets and apps to support your running
I started with BEXI a year after my maternity leave, very unfit and thought I’d just aim for one term to complete 5km. Little did I know I’d become addicted! Addicted to the small wins, addicted to the friendships and most importantly addicted to the FEELING after a run. (Kate Blix)
