If you are self-disciplined, motivated and require the flexibility to train independently, our customised online training programs are for you. Distances range from 10km-upwards. Programs are prepared in periodised blocks and provided via Training Peaks. This allows us to provide individual plans that best suits your needs and goals, as well as giving us the feedback and analysis tools we need. You will be able to log your workouts, analyse your pace, heart rate, power and other useful performance data.
- Your training will be based on your goal event and the level of fitness you are at right now.
- Weekly goals will be set and monitored on a regular basis.
- Each program will include tips on running, diet, injury and any other aspect of your fitness that you would like included.
