10km-FIT

Progressing from our learn-to-run program, our 10km-FIT program builds on your running technique foundation. We focus on three distinct aspects of running fitness – speed; strength; and endurance. Our program consists of a mixture of short sprint intervals, longer-paced intervals and strength intervals (gentle hills). We track and record your times throughout the term, so that you start to get a feel for pace. The objective is to improve your 5km strength and speed, while progressing to 10km distance.
